Unlike most things you buy online, around 90% of the cost for every order of bulk dirt is trucking – and once a load has been hauled and tipped, that cost can't be undone.
That's why our refund and cancellation terms work the way they do.

Since 90% of our cost is trucking, we do not refund trucking costs after delivery is made.
We do not accept returns of any kind. Once dirt is delivered, it can't be loaded back up and hauled away as a return.
If you have dirt you need removed, that's a separate job.
Within 24 hours
Any order cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will result in a cancellation fee of a 4-hour minimum or / 4 load minimum driver fee, per driver.
Signed orders
Cancelled orders with signature approval will result in a 15% cancellation charge on the entire order due to incurred dispatching fees.
Contact us as early as you can. The sooner we know, the sooner we can stand down the trucks.
